Worship

The focal point and goal of our music ministry is to give glory to our Father in Heaven using the gift of music.  One way we do this is by singing His praises in two Sunday morning services.  At 8:30 on Sunday mornings we enjoy a “Traditional” worship service in which we sing the classic hymns combined with some newer worship expressions.  At 11:00 we share in our “Contemporary” worship time.  This is a time of Praise and Worship with a more modern style, but not devoid of our heritage.  All services are wonderful times to worship and give glory to our Lord through music.

Adult Choir

Our Adult Choir helps to lead the worship in our traditional service. Through worship experiences and special performances, such as musicals and cantatas, the choir takes a vital role in ministering to individuals throughout our area. Rehearsals are at 7:30 on Wednesday nights and everyone is invited to join.

Praise Team & Band
The Praise Team & Band lead the worship in our contemporary service. This is an auditioned group made up of various talented church members with many different musical abilities. Rehearsals are at 8:30 on Wednesday nights.

Joyful Noise
Joyful Noise is an auditioned ensemble that sings regularly in both services. The group "joyfully" unites their talents to sing a variety of musical styles in praise to our Lord, and takes part in ministering through song both inside and outside of the church. Rehearsals for this group are held at 5:00 on Sunday nights.

Orchestra
Our orchestra is an auditioned ensemble open to those who play band or orchestral instruments. The group helps in leading worship for our Traditional service and plays in other venues as well. The orchestra rehearses at 5:30 on Wednesday evenings.

Drama Ministry
Frequently we will share dramatic presentations with the church during worship services or in special performances. Church members with an interest in drama are encouraged to use their gifts in these events.
