Children's Bible Fellowships

1^st- 6^th grade

Teaching in the children’s department are men and women who feel called to work in the children’s ministry area and who have an evident love for children. Bible stories, memory verses, songs and books of the Bible are taught each week. Life application principles are taught on each age level.

Children’s Discipleship Training: J.A.M. (Jesus and Me)

4 years- 6^th grade

J.A.M takes place in both the fall and spring, during the school term on Wednesday nights (6:30-7:30pm). With a schedule and format much like Vacation Bible School, children are given the opportunity to enjoy Bible story time, Bible memorization, singing and recreation. Children also have the opportunity to purchase items in the J.A.M store with “bucks” that have been earned through participation and Bible memorization.

Bible Drill (spring only)

Children are encouraged and challenged to hide God’s Word in their hearts in a fun way. They are given the opportunity to travel and compete throughout the semester.

Children’s Choir

At FBC Howe we believe that children begin to learn how to worship the Lord at a very young age. Our children’s choir program is designed to help them learn different aspects of music while also learning how to worship God through that music. Children’s choir is fun, educational and aids children in their growing relationship with the Lord. Children will additionally have opportunities to participate in periodic musicals. This choir meets at 6:00 pm every Sunday night during the school year. All children, ages 4 to the sixth grade are invited to participate.
